In the e-mail, please tell us whether you accept or deline the invitation, your child's name, the age group of the team they were offered, and (if known) the coach of the team who offered them the spot.

For teams ages U14 and below (fall season payment terms)
An initial deposit of $125 is due to NKSA by July 1st. This payment can be made via check (payable to NKSA) or using your Visa or Mastercard at our main website http://mynksa.blogspot.com/. Please tell your coach which method you are using to make your payment, and how much you are sending. Coaches will be responsible for ensuring that their teams pay on time. Reminders will be sent to the coaches for the 2nd and 3rd payments approximately 1 week before they are due. Coaches will forward those reminders to the players.
